CENSUS DAY – APRIL 1, 2010
Every 10 years since 1790, a census of the United States has been taken. Any person missed in the upcoming census will result in lost dollars for the Town of Lowell. A city or town will lose $1,000 in direct state distributions for every household missed
This census will be simple. Everyone will receive the same questionnaire containing 10 questions. Forms will be distributed primarily by mail beginning March 15th to Arpril 15th.
