  Historic Preservation Meeting

January 5, 2010

 The meeting was called to order by Chairman Ken Floyd at 6:15 PM.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.  Roll call was taken.  Members answering the roll call were Ken Floyd, Sue Riley, Connie Schrombeck and Martha Burger-Farellbegg.  Absent were David Mitchell and Tiffany Tolbert, Director Historic Landmarks Foundation of Indiana.  Also present was Tom Trulley, Code Official.

Approval  of  Minutes:

Chairman Floyd asked for a motion to approve the minutes for the December 1, 2009 meeting minutes. Martha Burger-Farrellbegg  moved to approve the minutes.  Seconded by Connie Schrombeck.  Voting was all in favor. 

New Business:

HB #10-001   Petitioner:  Patricia Scheeringa

                        Request:  Certificate of Appropriateness

                        Purpose: Signage – painted 4 X 14 sign

                        Location:  201 E. Commercial

Chairman Floyd asked if anyone had any comments regarding this petition.  No one did.  Connie Schrombeck moved to approve the petition.  Seconded by Martha Burger-Farrellbegg.  Voting was all in favor. 

The meeting adjourned at 6:25 PM.
