Ordinance Violation
Some citations are written as a violation of a Town of Lowell Ordinance. Certain ordinance violations may be eligible for the Deferral Program and/or paid without appearing in court. If the citation indicates a violation of a Lowell Town ordinance, you should contact the Lowell Town Court clerk for more information on payment of the citation, the Deferral Program, and appearing in court.
Infraction Deferral
Completion of this program permits you to avoid a conviction on your driving record. The program applies only to moving violations that did not involve an accident. A history of driving convictions may disqualify you. To participate in the program, you must appear in court as scheduled. Disregard Stop/Traffic Sign is NOT eligible.
Cost: $190.00
Fines that are payable can be mailed with a signed copy of the ticket using a Cashier's Check or Money Order (NO personal checks) payable to:
