The forms below are for contractors that have been licensed with the Town in the past 5 years and new contractors:

The fee for a new contractor is $100 and for a renewal the fee is $50.00

 Building Department

Any construction done within Town limits must comply with to Town Ordinances.  If a permit is needed, it must be purchased before construction begins.

Before building, contact the Building Department to find out if a permit is needed.
