    1. BZA #25-013 -532 Indiana - Variance from Developmental Standards from the requirements of ordinance 155.075 (B)(1)(b) size, and (A)(5)(c) not located ten feet from the primary structure. Filed by John & Ginger Laurdisen, 532 Indiana Ave, Lowell, IN. Parcel #45-19-23-427-006.000-008 to erect an accessory structure that is larger in size than what is allowed and not 10 feet from the primary structure as stated in the above-mentioned ordinance. Variance request is 300 square feet in size and 4 feet in distance from primary structure.
