Banners are permitted by non-profit organizations announcing and or permitting any educational, charitable, philanthropic, civic
or religious campaign, movement or event.

• Banner permits are free of charge.
• Please check date availability prior to submitting permit.
• An event flyer with event details must accompany permit. (PDF) version emailed to chughes@lowell.net
• One banner per organization per event.
• Organization will be responsible for acquiring their own banner and maintaining it during the permitted time at
  Evergreen Park.
• Permit application available for download.
• Permits may be mailed or emailed to Lowell Parks.
