Streets

The Street Department is responsible for the maintenance of all Lowell city streets and alleys. This includes, but is not limited to street maintenance, snow removal, patching potholes, ditch and culvert cleaning. Other responsibilities include maintenance on street lights, branch and leaf pickup and trash and recycling.
