Board of Zoning Appeals
The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is a five (5) person, citizen board enabled through state statute to grant variances from the development standards, use variances, special exceptions and administrative relief. They meet every 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:00 pm.
