The Lowell Parks Department maintains Town parks, offers event programming, and provides facilities for public use and rent.

Upcoming event information-

Freedom Park Board meeting will be held at Town Hall 04-15-2025 @4:30 p.m.

Market on Mill will begin the first Thursday of every month beginning in May at 3p.m. on the corner of Rt.2 and Mill St.

Fall Soccer registration will begin on June 16th

All soccer forms can be dropped off at Town Hall 501 E. Main St. beginning at 8 a.m. on June 16th. If you would like information on how to become a coach please email Hjusevitch@lowell.net

Residency Rates

Lowell Town residents, through property taxes, contribute substantially to support facilities and programs offered by the Lowell Parks Department.

Residency rates at Town Parks, are provided to anyone who lives within the Town limits of Lowell that receives Lowell utility services.  Anyone not receiving Lowell utility services is considered a non-resident and pays the non-resident rate.

Per an interlocal agreement, residency rates for Freedom Park include anyone residing in West Creek, Cedar Creek Township, or those who receive Lowell utility services. Non-resident rates apply to those that do not fall into any of the above categories.
