Bark Park at Freedom Park

Bark Park LogoFreedom Bark Park is located in the southeast corner of Freedom Park on 5 acres of the beautifully designed landscape. Membership is required and annual passes are available with proof of current vaccinations. Freedom Bark Park is a beautiful and functional dog park that both dogs and their owners will enjoy for many generations to come. Have fun, play safe, and enjoy the park! 2023 Memberships are available for purchase at Lowell Parks Office located at 501 E. Main Street.

2023 Membership

Registration Form, Rules, Waiver can be found in the packet. 
Please bring current vaccination records and check or cash to the park office to register.

Vaccines are needed For membership to Freedom Bark Park. This includes: Rabies, Distemper/Parvo and Leptospirosis (DHPPL) *Bordetella Vaccine is strongly recommended for our Bark Park Members. Proof of vaccinations must accompany your registration form and will be kept on file.

It is your responsibility to provide a new copy when vaccines are updated.

2023 Membership Fees

Memberships will be sold for the calendar year. Registration begins in January for the current year.

  • Lowell residents: $60.00

Cedar Creek, West Creek, and Eagle Creek Townships

  • Lowell residents who are 63+ or on disability $30.00
  • Non-residents $70.00
  • Non-residents who are 63+ or on disability $35.00

For each additional dog please add $5.00. There is a limit of 3 dogs per membership. They must all reside in the same household to qualify for the $5 additional dog fee.
